How do I place an order?
You can place an order by emailing jspartymuffins@gmail.com or by filling out the contact form.

What details do I need to provide when placing an order?
Please outline how many and what flavor(s) party muffins will be needed. We also need the date and time of your event, as well as if your order is for pickup or delivery. If your order is for delivery, please note the address. And any specific decorating requests!

How can I pay for my order?
We accept cards, cash, or Venmo/Cash App. If you will be paying cash, please let us know before hand.

Can I buy one party muffin?/Can I mix and match flavors?
We don’t stock any of our flavors. All of our party muffins are made to order and each flavor is sold by the half dozen minimum. We put a lot of love and care into our product, and we take pride in delivering freshly baked party muffins with every order!

How many flavors can I choose?
That depends on your order size! Each half dozen must remain one flavor. For example, if you order 3 dozen party muffins, you may choose up to 6 flavors.

How will my order be packaged?
Your party muffins will be packaged in clear clamshells made of durable PET plastic, all BPA free, and placed in a recyclable, compostable, kraft paper bag. The packaging materials are free from harmful chemicals and bleaches. We ask that you recycle all of your packaging materials when you’re done!

What are your prices?
Our pricing page has all the details for our party muffins, cakes, and pup cups! The prices listed are starting prices and are subject to change based on customization requests.

Do you have labels for your party muffins?
We are happy to provide you with flavor cards or ingredient labels by request only.

Are your party muffins gluten free and/or vegan?
Most of our party muffins can be made gluten free or vegan by request only. There are some exceptions, so please ask to be certain! Due to specialty ingredients needed, there is also an additional fee for gluten free and/or vegan party muffins to accommodate the specialty ingredients.

Do you accept same-day orders?
Orders must be placed at least one week in advance. We will do our best to fulfill all orders; however, all orders placed within one week are subject to a convenience fee.

Do you deliver?
We deliver to locations up to 100 miles from Uxbridge, MA for an additional charge of $1.50 per mile (to and from the destination). Please note, we cannot always accommodate deliveries.

Do you ship?
We do not ship our party muffins at this time. Orders are available for pickup or delivery only.

How do I store my party muffins?
All flavors noted on our menu with an asterisk* must be refrigerated. Other flavors can be stored in their clamshell packaging at room temperature for 3-4 days or up to 5-7 days in the refrigerator.

What if I have an allergy?
We are not an allergen-free kitchen. However, we do take the proper precautions to sanitize our equipment before and between each bake. We operate under the disclosure that all of our products are prepared in a space where eggs, soy, gluten, dairy, and nuts are used and advise partiers with allergies to err on the side of caution.

Can my order be customized?
Of course! We can provide custom decorations to accommodate color schemes, party themes, and more. If you’re looking for something specific or completely creative, just ask! There is a $5 minimum customization fee per dozen, but final price may vary based on the complexity of your decoration requests. For example, custom colors and sprinkles are $5 but custom fondant toppers start at $2/topper.

Do you provide a stand?
We do not provide stands with our orders. However, we’re happy to purchase one on your behalf and add it to the final price of the order. Please let us know when you place the order if this is needed.

Do you do cakes?
We do! We offer 4″ smash cakes, 6″, 8″, or 10″ round cakes. We offer cakes in the same flavors we do our party muffins. Custom sizes/decorations/colors can be accommodated as well. Just ask!

Do you do wedding tastings?
Yes. We offer wedding tastings of up to 6 flavors of cake. See our weddings page for more details!

Do you make anything other than cake?
Yes! However, we do not make decorative sugar cookies or cake pops. Honestly, we’re just not that great at them and do not enjoy making them. We want to give you our very best, so we hope you can understand. But if you’d like to discuss things like non-decorative cookies (chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, etc.), macarons, mini donuts, or anything chocolate covered (pretzels, strawberries, oreos, etc.), please let us know!
